General Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases of courses, workshops, training and digital material from Mstudio i Växjö AB, photographer Martina Wärenfeldt.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated according to the information on the relevant product page. Applicable VAT is added or included as specified at the time of purchase.

Payment is made using the payment options offered at checkout. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation.

COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

Dates, times, content and what is included are stated on the relevant course or workshop page.

Mstudio i Växjö AB reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, structure or content if needed to deliver the training in the best possible way.

If a course session needs to be rescheduled, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

RECORDINGS AND DIGITAL MATERIAL

If a course or workshop is recorded, this will be stated at the time of booking. Access to recordings and other digital material is valid for the period specified for the relevant training.

Material, videos, recordings, presentations, images and other course content are intended solely for the registered participant’s personal use.

The material may not be copied, shared, resold, published, or used to create or deliver your own teaching, workshops or training material without written permission from Mstudio i Växjö AB.

TECHNOLOGY

Participants are responsible for having a working internet connection and the equipment required to take part in online training.

In the event of major technical issues on the organiser’s side, reasonable efforts will be made to offer a new broadcast, recording, or other equivalent solution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All training material and course content belongs to Mstudio i Växjö AB and/or the respective copyright holder.

The purchase grants the right to take part in the training for personal use, not a transfer of copyright or the right to teach others using the material.

By completing the purchase, you accept these terms of sale.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your booking is personal and applies to the course, workshop or training specified at the time of purchase.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are purchasing as a consumer, the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer legislation applies.

For distance purchases, this normally means you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is entered into.

If a course, digital service, or access to digital content begins during the withdrawal period, special rules may apply to the right of withdrawal.

CANCELLATION AFTER THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Once any statutory withdrawal period has expired, the booking is binding and the course fee is normally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us. In some cases, your spot can, by agreement, be transferred to another participant.

NON-ATTENDANCE

If you are unable to attend an online course live that includes a recording, you will instead be given access to the recording under the terms that apply to the course. Non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund.

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED TRAINING

If Mstudio i Växjö AB needs to cancel a training session, a new date or an equivalent solution will primarily be offered.

If the training is cancelled entirely and no equivalent solution is offered, the fee paid for the cancelled training will be refunded.

Mstudio i Växjö AB is not liable for participants’ own costs in connection with attending, beyond what follows from mandatory law.

Privacy Policy

Mstudio i Växjö AB values your personal privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

When you make a purchase, register for a course, or contact us, we may process data such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing and company details
• Information about your purchase
• Communication between you and us

Payment details may be processed by the payment provider used for the purchase.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

We use your personal data to:

• Administer your purchase and booking
• Deliver the course or service you have purchased
• Send information relating to your training
• Handle payments, invoicing and bookkeeping
• Answer questions and provide customer service
• Fulfil legal obligations

We may also send information about upcoming training and offers when we have a legal basis to do so.

RECORDED ONLINE COURSES

Some online courses and workshops may be recorded. If participants’ names, voices, images or questions may appear in the recording, we will inform you of this in connection with the training.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may be shared with service providers required to run the business, such as payment providers, booking systems, course platforms, email services and accounting systems.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

STORAGE

Personal data is stored only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as we are legally required to retain it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the right to, among other things, request information about what personal data we process about you and, where the conditions are met, request correction or deletion of data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Mstudio i Växjö AB is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
